Creation of Partnerships

NCFCC's core objectives are to build consensus and foster cooperation. NCFCC will coordinate among the many stakeholders and policymakers in the region and to prevent the duplication of efforts and share examples of success.

Our Action Agenda includes the development and implementation of policies, programs and initiatives that will foster economic growth and improve our quality of life by establishing a common vision and broad base of support involving all levels of government, the private sector, institutions, non-profit organizations and the community at large.

As a region we must mobilize the resources of all stakeholders toward improving the competitive position of North Central Florida. Planning strategically we will create wealth through quality employment opportunities thereby increasing the quality of life.

Our annual reports will be a benchmark on the effectiveness of our partnerships and will evaluate the progress of our strategic alliances.

"Partnerships matter. Interconnectedness is one of the keys to
competitiveness in the knowledge-based economy. The nation which fosters an infrastructure of linkages among and between firms,
universities, and government gains competitive advantage through quicker information diffusion and product development.
Partnerships enable faster rates of learning."
